Flurina has a strong scientific background, holding a PhD in Cellular and Biomedical Sciences as well as a degree in Veterinary Medicine, including a doctoral thesis in veterinary medicine. Over the past nine years, she has gained extensive experience in quality assurance. A particular focus of her work lies in translating scientific and regulatory requirements into practical and reliable quality assurance processes.

For the past eight years, she has served as Head of Quality Assurance at the MSRU. In this role, she combines her scientific expertise with leadership experience, a pragmatic approach and a strong commitment to quality.
